Kari - LOL, yea, they play it three times an hour here on the radio so I'm pretty much over it. I did like it when I first heard it though. Smile

Shelley ~ Alexa loved the California Gurls song. She bee-bops in her car seat when it's on. It's funny. Just pace yourself with lessons. Some are so easy that you'll fly through them and others might take awhile. I just got lazy when I hit something I didn't feel like doing....I just put it off. That is why my butt had to pay an extra $75 for an extension fee - oops. Sorry Zoe is whiney and barky at night. I hope she stops that soon.

Shannon ~ yay for coming back! I'm glad you seem to be doing well! You have to do what you have to do and I'm 100% you'll do fine! As for changing your name, you may have to create a new account all together. A pain in the butt but eh, it happens!

Hi to EOE. We had friends over on Sunday and we went to the race track/casino. I didn't win any money - LOL. Yesterday I just felt yucky. I don't know why. Probably because I was on the go all weekend. And this am I almost had a mommy fail ~ I thought I got all of the crayons that Alexa dropped and turns out I didn't and she very prettily colored on the TV screen, the stand, and wall!!! Luckily they are washable crayons and it came right off but oy.

I've got to go. She is super whiney and I she is making me want to crawl back into bed!

Denise - That's too cute about Alexa liking the song! Dylan knows all of the words. Sometimes I wish I could hit rewind. I'm telling you, one day they don't hear anything then the next day BAM! They hear and repeat everything. IKWYM about the lessons. I was really irritated about the ones that were teaching you how to use a telephone and fax machine. WTH? I had to force myself to do those. I'm in the middle of laws and ethics. Ick. Boo for not winning any money! Hope Alexa gets into a better mood for you. As for me, I'm off to do some laundry and cleaning while Delaney is napping!

Ugh ~ those beginning lesson suck! I hated them. I don't even think I read a whole lot about them....I just took the tests. And did pretty well - lol. As for experience ~ don't worry....someone will be willing to train you. Just be sure to sell yourself on a resume ;o) Or if you see something NOW that says "no experience necessary", apply for it and see where it goes. Then you can get your experience and finish school!

Hi to EOE. Not much going on today. I am waiting for Alexa to wake up and then for the furniture company to come and fix some minor things with her new stuff. Then I don't know what else we'll do today. I'll BBL.

Denise - My ultimate goal is to work in a hospital, perhaps Johns Hopkins or one of the many around here. They have AWESOME benefits and I'd like to try my hand at working for a bigger company. I've mostly worked for family owned businesses and quite frankly, I'm over it. I want structure. I want yearly reviews, set raises, set sick and vacation days, etc. KWIM? I do realize, however, that I'll probably need to work in a drs office or something of that nature first to get some experience under my belt and I'm totally okay with that. Hope the furniture company was able to fix everything for you! BTW, I totally just realized that you put Alexa in a big girl bed and Delaney is STILL in her crib. Ooops! Laughing

Hi to EOE. I was off today so I finished up finding some last minute school supplies for Dylan and got some laundry done. We took Zoe for a super long walk so I'm hoping she'll decide to sleep tonight. We'll see.... I'll BBL!

Shell ~ the only reason she's in the big girl bed is because I decided not to buy a new crib for this baby. And I didn't want to wait until November and have her feel like we ripped her furniture out from under and brought a new person home. I think you'd do awesome at Hopkins! And sometimes they like to take on new people because they can train them from the get go!

Hi to EOE. We took Alexa to the fair tonight and she loved the sheep and goats and cows. She liked the horses but got a bit freaked out when they eyed her up - lol. I'm getting ready to shower and head to bed. TTYL.

Good Saturday morning ladies! Not much going on here today. Just cleaning, laundry and yard work. Joy!

Denise - Ahhh, I see. That make a lot of sense. I'm sure it's easier to get her used to the big girl furniture now before her little sister arrives! Plus, that way she won't associate the baby with losing HER furniture. Good thinking Mommy! Since Dylan and Delaney share a bedroom, I'd like to get them bunkbeds. However, Dylan has a habit of sleep walking so it scares me since he'd definitely be on the top bunk. We'll see... I have a lot of friends who work at Hopkins in various depts, some in nursing, some in administrative. Guess I better be nice to them huh?

Misty - Hiya sweets! It's okay, we all go through crap that makes us feel down and therefore become Debbie Downers. It's temporary. This too shall pass. I promise! I'll keep you and the family in my prayers. (((HUGS))) I'm doing the medical coding and billing but Denise did the certified medical assistant program, I believe. Right D?

I'll BBL! Love to all!

Shell - I see ads all the time for coders! Good luck with the program sweetie.

D - CMA? Why was i thinking coding? Anyways, you did the entire program online for a CMA?

Nothing new today, got a chance to take a NAP!!! Shocked LOL. Both kids were sleeping, so that was nice. Now they are watching Robots and it looks like it is going to rain. Lazy Saturday for sure. I should be reorganizing the closet like i wanted to. Oh well.

Hello everyone, you guys have been busy on here. Shell and Denise, you guys are making me want to go back to school! I feel like I need to do something for me...selfish? maybe. Well its a lazy day today here as well. I made Brett come home from work on fri cause we both needed a mental health day...it was so nice and much needed.

Not sure if I told you all or not, but Im really having a hard time with my SIL. She is the type that really likes to be the center of attention at all times...Im not. So much so that she is completly unaware of how others are feeling, or what other people are going through in their lives because she is always talking about herself. Shes always been like this and Ive just delt with it. But now that my life is crazy and changing everyday I dont have time for her games. I recently talked to her about me not having the time to text her every second, how Im going through alot right now and how I feel like she is never there for me but how Im ALWAYS there for her. I was very tactful. She has yet to change...Im so mad at her.

Owens up....sorry will post later

Mattie - Selfish? I don't think so at all. If you want to go back to school then go for it! As for your SIL, sometimes people like that need a smack in the face. Not literally, well, maybe. Seriously though, I think they are so wrapped up in themselves that they really don't realize what they're doing. I have a cousin that is VERY much like that. It's all about her. She HAS to be the center of attention at all family gatherings, etc. It annoys the hell out of me! Every once in awhile I have to bring her back down to reality and let her know that she's not the greatest thing that walked this earth and that other people do exist. Good luck though, I know it's tough.

AFM, my big boy starts first grade tomorrow! I'm excited / sad. I'm really going to miss having him around on my days off. He's my buddy. Sad Sniffle, sniffle.

Misty ~ I did a medical assistant program. It's just a career diploma, not a certified MA. I'm considered a registered MA. There is an Associate Degree program that you can do online except for internships. I don't think I'll be doing that, though. And don't feel like you're a downer. If you need to come and vent, do it!!

Mattie ~ I know a few people like that. Sorry SIL is being a pain in the butt. I hope she realizes what she's doing but probably not. And going back to school is not selfish. It makes you feel accomplished!

Shell ~ I can't believe Dylan is in 1st grade, either! And I was looking at your FB pics the other day and Delaney cracked me up. She looked like she did NOT want to have her picture taken - lol. Ready for the return of the heatwave?? Seriously. I'm so OVER summer!

Tara ~ how are things going? I saw the other day that Kam was on a nap strike. Was it just a one day thing? I hate when Alexa does that but ever since she's gotten her "big girl bed" she's been napping and sleeping like a champ.

I'm headed to bed. I have been walking a lot and today I washed my car, did 5 loads of laundry, cleaned the house, and put Alexa to bed. I'm pooped!

Whew...Here I is.

Denise - Yes, thank God, it seems to be only a one day thing. My parents took him yesterday after church and he napped for them (so we could GIO) and he took a 3 hour nap today.

Sorry for the short post. DH AND Kam are in moods tonight. I'm waiting for cross hairs on FF, but I'm pretty positive I O'd yesterday and we BD'd like nuts all week. Feel free to stalk my chart and let me know what you think!!!

I'll try to catch up on all the posts tomorrow. It should be calmer than today.

It has been almost totally quiet in my house since 9:15 pm. I love it and I'm taking advantage of it!

Shelly - My SIL has a shih-tzu and says it is hands down the sweetest dog she has ever had. How was Dylan's first day of school?? How did YOU handle Dylan's first day of school? Thanks for the good luck wishes on the bow business. I have been dragging my butt all week and HAVE to get bows done every day through the weekend. The store I'll be selling through is going to open after Labor Day so I really gotta get crackin!

Denise - I totally agree. I actually had a really HARD AF this last time so I'm wondering if it wasn't just the need for a big clean out after AF. Speaking of being a POAS Addict...I started OPK's on CD4 and JUST stopped them today (CD16). The days the test line started darkening I peed like 2-3 times just to see it again. LOL I'm totally going to be "THAT" woman who takes a HPT just to see the line or the word "Pregnant" at like 6 months along. You know, I LOLed about Alexa bullying Abby and then bawling when she got into trouble. Kamden has just discovered that shoving will somtimes give him that extra split second he needs to grab a toy, but as soon as he gets in trouble he bawl. Then he winds up comforting the kid he pushed. LOL

Kari - LOL Doesn't that just figure. It's the month you think you totally missed it and failed and that's the VERY month all goes perfectly. Have you started your school year yet?? I just totally realized you said SHANNON and not SHANNA on your post about FB. I'm a dork.

Mattie - I wish I could help you out on the mini pill. I had the option for it but went with Mirena instead because I knew we wouldn't be TTC anytime soon with Jeff deploying.

Misty - Isn't it amazing how much better naps feel when you have kids??? Don't at all feel badly for being down. You've had a LOT going on and it just proves you are human. That's why we're all here!

AFM - I've been jacking around with fertility friend and putting in fake temps. LOL Barring a big drop, I should get my cross hairs and be 3dpo tomorrow. Whether my final ovulation day is CD 14 or CD 15 we timed BD amazingly so I'm anxious to see how things turn out in a couple of weeks! Like a Star @ heaven

Hi ladies!

Denise - Yes, Delaney was NOT thrilled with the picture taking. She wasn't fond of our photographer who was a very flamboyant gay guy - I thought he was very nice and entertaining but obviously she wasn't amused. Most of the pics she's in were taken from a good distance and he zoomed in just to keep her happy! LOL I'm O-V-E-R this weather. I want fall PRONTO!

Tara - Hi there! I'm not good at those charting and fertility things so I'm going to leave that to the other ladies who have more experience! Get cracking at those bows woman! Dylan's first day was good. I always have a harder time than he does so I have to do my best not to show it. I miss him already Sad

AFM, I was off today so I did some cleaning, laundry and hung out with the little diva. Not much else going on right now.... I'll BBL!

Hey peeps!

D - How is pregnancy treating you? Does Alexa realize another one is on the way?

Shell - Are you excited about school? I am i must admit.

Tara - Hope you get preggers soon!

Mattie - Would do you think you might go back to school for if you do decided to go?

AFM: So school starts for me in a few months, i have everything turned in, just need to get online and apply for FAFSA. And that's basically it. I just take one pre-req next semester (Survey of Physics) Sounds like fun, lol. Then i enter in the main program starting with everyone else in summer. Can't wait until i start and can't wait even more until i finish. Kids are doing well, Trey turns 3 next month!!!!!! That's crazy. Ollie turned 6 months about a week ago. Trey's speech is coming along nicely. He can say 3-4 word sentences "I want more juice" "No my blankie" "Bye-bye Frank" LOL. Ollie is just a little charmer and sweetie, already up to 17.4 lbs!!! Hi to EOE. I've missed you. I've been a sucky poster lately. My allergies or a cold have really torn me apart. I just can't breathe. Luckily I'm not sick or anything but my head is surely going to explode one day. I can't wait for the days until I can take a double dose of Nyquil and sleep it off.

We had our anatomy scan last Thursday and all is well. Although Alyssa has a big head - measured 26w, 4d and I was 25w, 5d. But the doc said she's right where she is supposed to be. Hopefully the rest of her will catch up. I don't wanna push out another big head - lol.

I went to lunch with a couple of my girlfriends today and they bought us stuff for Alyssa. It was sweet and unexpected. I can't wait to get her room painted. Right now it's just the junk room. It's a hot mess in there. We need to get it done.

I had some horrible BH contractions yesterday. I know I'm dehydrated so I'm trying to catch up on my water. They weren't painful but SUPER annoying. I hope it doesn't keep up.

Alexa is doing well, talking up a storm. She's doing so well in her big girl bed. She doesn't get out, sleeps all night, and sleeps 12 hours or so. She's loving this weather, too, since we are able to take her out to play and she won't melt.

I'm off to clean a bit. TTYL.
